Singh brothers have to pay Rs3,500 cr for hiding facts in Ranbaxy sale: Daiichi

Daiichi Sankyo Co. Ltd on Friday said brothers Malvinder Mohan Singh and Shivinder Mohan Singh will have to pay it almost Rs.3,500 crore for concealing facts related to Ranbaxy Laboratories Ltd when they sold their stake in the company to the Japanese drug maker in 2008.

they made 4 billion dollars and now they are paying half a bil $ back.

 

Shame if there is cheating by them.

 

It is too less ,I wish if it would have been substainly higher.Dishonest managements must be punished more severly.
