    Porinju Veliyath has made an investment in a micro-cap named Aurum Proptech. The Co supplies CRM software to real estate developers & brokers & facilitates B2B sales. It is a proxy for the multi-billion dollar residential and commercial realty sector & will prosper as Tech becomes prevalent in the sector
