    I believe these rules are from Stan Weinstein's book. Based on momentum investing, ideal for short term investing/ trading positions only.

    @ Mr Mukherjee-For LT, it is better if the stock is off the radar for various reasons. Then only one gets more value by paying lesss.This is basic rule of investment exercise, I am of this opinion.

    plz try to give an example with a real stock with volume price data otherwise this explanation means nothing.in hindsight market is the easiest games in town.

    Whatever stage it may be , but its not time to sell good business for sure . Buy with proper research, lot of stock available at really very good bargain . Down the line, after couple of years it will be difficult to believe why we did not bought at those levels .

    Helping techniques. Also you should not panic with slight market movements. Stay calm and always take wise decision by considering all the factors.
