Way too many in my PF?

Suggestion on where to go lite or consolidate the PF will be appreciated.

a. Overall I am on ˜22% profit now.
b. I have appetite for long term holding i.e > 1yr or more for a min set of stocks though I wish to do the same for all.
c. Goal is to generate long term wealth in next 3 years

depends on absolute amount I would say ...suppose you invested 30k a 20% profit gives you 6k which is tidy (by my standards), the higher the better but if you invested 2k you would get only 300...and if you have purchased the stock at least give it one chance..for next 2-3 qtrs and observe the developments...that is my opinion
