Friends whts the target for jyothy labs

 

Friday Closing price Rs. 296.90
above Rs. 300 it may fly Rs. 330-340 in short term

if it break Rs. 280 it may get weakness .....

 

Nice move

 

It was recently covered in ET Wealth in stock of the week column.

 

in my opinion it is high priced stock.it is 1 re stock at 305 today.stock moves up on news of buy back/open offer and comes back to 285-290 levels as soon as news declined by co.if u hv,sell around 310-15,entry options may b there at 285-90 again.today co's MD on CNBC said he expects 10% and 5% growth in urban and rural areas respectively.quite muted guidence in my opinion.

 

Sir u rightly pointed out. But the point to note is that it's small equity base of just 18.11 crore and reserves of more thn 1000crore. It is debt free company and promoter stake is above 66%. 52week high is 334and now trade at 311.in my opinion it would break it's 32week high.

 

mr.vineet,my contention is based on arguments put forward.market discounts future and MD's commentary is not that encouraging.alternates r available that can run faster,so my view is not that positive.

narayana hrudalaya,thyrocare
bajaj corp,tata coffee,tata global

 

keep eye on tata sponge

 

DHFL in NBFC space is picking momentum as they are focusing on low cost funds now....

 

good share but value stretched.

Jyothi lab is a very good stock and PE Ratio if that stock is at 35.50
which is LITTLE HIGH in FMCG Division and Bajaj corp is at PE 29.50
and for ZYDUSWEL PE RATIO 33
BUT THEY SPEND ADVERTISING EXPENSE BELOW TO ALL COMPANIES IN THAT FMCG SECTOR

because they want to win market with their quality and reasonable prices is company main strategy

ZYDUS HIGHEST 26 % OF NET PROFIT USED TO ADVERTISEMENTS EXPENSES IS THE HIGHEST IN FMCG SECTOR
BAJAJ CORP 18 % 4 TH PLACE
HIND UNI LEVER 13 % 9 TH POSITION
JYOTHI LAB 12 % WITH 12 POSITION IN THIS SECTOR

so company management is very good and they want to give products low price and quality oriented is healthy for industry and they spend more on research also

AND MORE OVER Vineet call is good for short term purpose
and with strict stop loss needed

for long term in corrections , accumulate slowly
