It will depend on how GFL dissolves. It can all the shares first and then return the cash to the shareholders.
Assuming that you are talking about the case where somehow the shareholders of GFL gets Inox’s equity. Pls do explain how this happens.
If the merger happens before Inox & PVR merger then the shareholders will get Inox shares.
When Inox & PVR merge then the GFL will hold PVR shares just like any other Inox holder.

as per the thesis they are one of the lowest cost producers, so revenue scaling up is not an issue.
OPM are down due to increase in agri raw material costs,
Net profits margins are down due to both increase in raw material costs and depreciation.
company will do full capacity utilization easily + they have done steam system capex + doing PM3 speed increase capex.
some time in future I expect agri raw material cost to come down and benefits of new capex will get capitalised(Operating leverage) by then, owners earnings will be substantially high and thesis will play out completely.
Poor results by Genus. Revenues are flattish QoQ but EBITDA margin has compressed 300 bps QoQ due to lower gross margins and higher employee costs.
I am afraid this company is demonstrating why some stocks with tailwinds also don’t deliver shareholder value. Anyway, will hold till Q3 to check if Management guidance materializes.
