Cox & King is now in a bearish phase .... continuous selling pressure is there ...so please wait for buying, For long term investors start buying from Rs.175 /- and there is a strong resistance area is around Rs. 290 levels

some major fundamental weakness is in this stock

1.Promoter's stake has decreased
2.Promoters have pledged 41.65% of their holding
3. Operating profit come down drastically from last year 2014 Rs. 1065 Cr. to 2015 Rs. 353 Cr.
4.Net Profit also come down Drastically from the Year 2014 Rs. 383.17 Cr. to Rs. 91.78Cr.

In my view please avoid this stock and search for another one in this sector ...it may be move temporarily
but after stabilize price only there is a chance.....
