Please advise on my portfolio

    I am planing to invest Rs. 40K per month for next 3 years in SIP mode. I have short listed below stock, could you please advise me how much should allocate on each stocks and advise on stock selections. Investment time horizon 7 to 10 years. can I start the SIP now, should I wait for few months to see market going down further ?

    i would like
    largecaps 5% each
    small - mid caps 8%.
