Great time to make fundamently strong blue chip portfolio

Started investment in two more stocks, L&T fin and City Union Bank with token investment. Now plan to increase exposure either slowly or in corrections but only if both continue to post healthy quarterly numbers.

 

Good strategy. Both are super stocks. I am also tempted about LT Finance but I am already having Bajaj Finance and CAPF in portfolio with large allocation.

 

Added more of L&T fin for long term. In my view stock has potential to double in three to four years and may beat market with CAGR of more than 15% in long run.

 

Further added of small quantity of DHFL, my portfolio stock, accumulating the stock, started buying from 114 onwards.

 

DHFL is shooting up 5% today. I have big stake Results are sooper and it should have gone for UC

 

L&T Finance target of 100 as per AM Naik CMD is achieved. Now next target is Rs. 150 as per AM Naik to be achieved by December 2016

In my view target of 150 is by December 2017.Still good upside 50% in next 14 months.

 

Added some more quantity of DHFL.In my view stock must trade beyond 400 in this heated market.

 

Took a small token entry in Mahindra holiday, a stock I am not convinced, but some time no harm to check conviction of others.Any way I am heavily invested in financial stocks(good gains and hope it will continue) , so no harm in diversify in some non financials.

 

Added small quantity of l&t fin further, stock is moving up silently.

 

All the Financial sectors fans like @kharb . @Srouta Mukherjee etc

Hi, Thanks for all suggestions. Any view on PNB Housing Fin Ipo. I think it's better than its peer in terms of portfolio , npa and valuation. HNi demand shows the same. Though retail part is not confident. I hv taken full allowed limit. Expecting 10% premium listing as shows in grey mkt. Any thought for long term 2 yrs.

how come you add when you have no conviced about the company and its business model?? Indian Hotels not on the buying list?

 

DHFL is not shooting up even if whole market has recovered

My portfolio down 3.33% down. Heavy underperformance is there because Sensex down only 1.20%.

Heavy loss caused by Bajaj Finance, DHFL CAPF because of LAP (Loan against propoerty) fear of NPA is very high now.

Situation looks serious now for LAP stocks because of NPA fears IMHO

Even micro finance stock are in great risk because of Rs. 500 and Rs. 1000 notes becoming illegal.
