    Ambit has issued a SELL recommendation on Bajaj Housing for the target price of ₹85 (39% downside). Co is quoting at 5.2x FY26E BV which is a 104% premium over its peers. However, home loans sector is characterized by moderate growth potential & faces high competition from Banks
