Only builder i know of whose projects command premium at all times and pretty much recession proof : there is almost a guaranteed 'sold out' status on each of its projects irrespective of the state of the overall realty sector

I am not saying there arent others maybe there are some even better.... But for me a known devil is better than an unknown angel
