Best mid cap IT picks for long term

Hello friends

I wanted to know which stocks in the midcap IT space are eligible for giving huge returns in the next 5 years. Since the front line IT stocks are extremely expensive.

 

Pl see Mindtree. I think it has dominant presence and valuations are also reasonable (20 times). Safe stock with earnings visibility and good management.

Mindtree - Valued similar to HCL ... also higher than KPIT, Polaris, Nucleus ....

One can look for KPIT or Polaris ... KPIT is slow moving but can give a 20-25% return ... KPIT has given a negative result guidance though ... has good support at 170-180 level and again at 150-155 level... polaris is a bit more volatile ..could give 40% returns in 6 months time ... Polaris has good dividend yield too ...

Hexaware has moved up quite rapidly ... could correct a bit after the Big 4 come up with their results ... it also has a high dividend yield

I think ... it's better to wait for the results ... Q4 is not usually great for IT companies ...

for a 5 year term definitely look at Infosys...not too expensive, trying to reclaim lost glory and more than 40k crores in the bank...from mid-cap Mphasis looks best in terms of valuations, pedigree...I am suggesting low risk stocks..if mindtree corrects more then it too is good buy ( I hold all three so views maybe biased)
