I think that there was lot of black money in the Real Estate Sector. Owing to demonetization, the cash component in real estate sector is affected. But thanks to demonetization, the banks are growing strong. Good quality projects may benefit as they may get finance at low rates from banks. Hence quality stocks in Real Estate Sector may benefit. What do you think RMSC Sir?

 

My view is Real Estate sector may effect due to demonetization , no doubt but it may take some time to Recover ....
no hurry to buy Real Estate stocks now ...
Luxurious costly Apartments sales effect short to medium term
in my view metropolitan cities real estate damage more
Government take necessary action immediately to stop subprime problem

and in long term government policy will give good strength to our economy
in present situation wait and watch method is best for new investors in real estate sector

Right. No hurry to buy Real Estate stocks. I just wanted to say that the real estate sector is not doomed. It will recover. Also, the sectors (like cement, housing finance etc.) which are affected due to problems in real estate sector will also recover.

Minda ind (Rs. 301.05 )is a good stock but at present dont hurry to buy ...slowly watch and try to accumulate
below Rs. 240 . good demand area is Rs. 200-215 area
TVS Motor is also good company (Rs. 358.35) good demand area is at Rs. 250-280 levels
at present no hurry ....No Hurry .....
If you miss bus no problem
dont invest at high price ....
market is not stabilized at sir

 

cement may be good sector for future ....
But no hurry at present ....
try in corrections ....
next 6 months be careful sir

so be careful and invest for long term and invest systematically in market corrections and stay with quality front line stocks only because you are new to investment sir
