    Yes, the stock is down 20%. I suspect some major shareholders are dumping the stock in the light of the statement by Upinder Zutshi, CMD, that the company's largest client has requested a 50 percent reduction and that will have a USD 8-9 million impact. He also painted a bleak picture of the future by stating that the operating and net margins are likely to remain flat in FY16 year-on-year (YoY).

    Madam,
    Had invested money in Krison Electronics, in 1993, I donot get any communication of the Krison electronics, only thing is am having paper stock certificate. I wrote to the company no reply, wrote to SEBI no help.
    Can you please advice regarding the stock.
