    Sistema Shyam TeleServices Limited (SSTL) approves merger with Reliance Communication

    SSTL holding structure (74% with Sistema , Russian govt. and 24% Shyam tele group)

    RCOM will issue approx 27 crore shares to SSTL (Including shayam telecom group)

    Shyam Telecom group will get approx 7 crore rcom shares worth 500 cr as on today..

    Current market cap of Shyam Telecom is just 40 crore...

    Promoters may release pledge shares of Shyam Telecom ltd after this.

    Even they may invest more in Shyam Telecom.
