!!! My portfolio holdings !!! ** Need your Suggestions ***

Hi,

Here is my portfolio holdings, with % allocation.

All these stocks are for around 6 months - 1 and half year in my portfolio; recently sold some old stocks and invested the same fund in some existing holdings to make a more concentrated portfolio.

I am realtively new, and want all of you senior members suggestion

If you see, sectorwise I am fairly concentrated. more than 72% of my allocation is in Pharma, NBFC and PVT Banks, and 12% in tiles sanitary etc house building products. but stockwise in these sectors I have 3/4 stocks each.

Do you think, it will gve me 25-30% CAGR for next 3-5 years??

Expecting opinions from others as well?

Any kind of suggestion from anybody is welcome?

Lovely portfolio if you have entered a few months back but wonder why don't you keep at least 1 or 2 IT stocks as well.
