ROCE average for 3 years at 14.62--Debt equity at 1.79 and ROE at 19.65 are impressive. EPS for the 9 months ended Dec 2014 is at 7.92 against full year EPS for Mar 2014 of 8.64.
49,90,000 PLEDGED SHARES HAVE BEEN RELEASED BY THE PROMOTERS and 80,00,000 convertible warrants tobe issued on preferential basis.

For full year Mar 2015 may show EPS of 11 and the scrip appears cheap quoting at PE of less than 6

 

The stock price moved up to 67.30 from 61 level

Doubt on promoters. Otherwise at first look this stock seems fantastic.
I will prefer to revisit once I read their upcoming annual report

 

1)in their annual report they mention they may dilute equity for further expansion.Need to check how much dilutive it might be.
2)All textile companies are getting benefit of TUFS scheme by indian government, so any change on that front can be a risk.

Otherwise their performance in last 5 years or so has been good.
