  1. To the best of my knowledge, couple of brands mentioned in the first para of article do not belong to Arvind. For e.g. Park Avenue (is of Raymond) and Van Heusen (is of Adity Birla Nuvo – Madura Coats).

    1. Yes, you are right. I have changed the para to read “ARVND has an enviable brand portfolio comprising of in-house and licensed brands, with names like Flying Machine, Arrow, Tommy Hilfiger, Lee, Wrangler, US Polo, Izod, Gant, New Port, Excalibur etc” which is what the report says. Thanks for pointing it out.

  2. NON PERFORMING ASSETS HAS BEEN A MAJOR CONCERN FOR BANKS AND RBI > stock analysts have also expressed dismay and alarms at rising NPA levels of some banks in India >

banks with npa levels below 2.50% can be termed healthy >

    NPA RATIO BELOW : 2 . 5 0 % , IS SIGN OF HEALTHY ASSET QUALITY ,

    WHICH BANKS HAVE N P A BELOW 2.50 % ? ?

under 2.50 % the npa is easily manageable , MANAGABLE LEVEL OF NPA if it is under 2 . 5 0 % >

    STATE BANK OF INDIA ( SBI ) HAS A NPA RATIO OF 5.56% , ( 5 . 5 6 % ) >

    PNB has a ratio of 4.84 % , , central bank of india = 3 . 8 5 % , , ICICI BANK ( i c i c i ) = 3.60 % , >

    UCO bank = 5.58 % ( u c o ) , , state bank of mysore = 5 . 6 1 % , >

GROSS NPA RATIO ABOVE 5% IS ALARMING , > more than 5 % should ring alarm bells >
