Commenting on the current market situation, Amar Ambani, Head of research, IIFL said, “After opening with a strong gap-up, Nifty failed to sustain its ground. In fact the index has just pierced the neckline of a Head & Shoulder Pattern indicating that selling pressure could further accentuate. The bearish H&S pattern would stand void only if Nifty manages to close above 7980 mark.”
