Aurum PropTech Ltd was founded in 2015 as an Insurance Tech company and was formerly known as Majesco Limited. In March 2021, Aurum Real Estate Developers, which now owns 50.34% of the shareholding, pivoted it to a PropTech – Property Technology company.
The Company’s business model is to create a tech driven revolution in real estate with the objective of enabling data driven investments, increasing enterprise efficiency, enhancing consumer experience and enabling connected living.

Investors’ Presentation
According to the latest investors’ presentation, the Company has a number of softwares which are ussed across the Real Estate Value Chain. The portfolio of software addresses ~75% of the PropTech market potential in India, through strong capabilities in Technology, Services and Capital.
A software known as sell.do is said to be India’s largest Real Estate CRM for developers & channel partners. Another known as BeyondWalls is used for Tech-driven sales, marketing and broker aggregation services for developers.
It is stated in the infographic that most of the software products are finding acceptance from developers and commercial property dealers.
The financial parameters also appear to be robust with healthy YoY growth.
Shareholding
The promoters, i.e. AURUM REALESTATE DEVELOPERS LIMITED hold 50.34% of the equity capital. A HNI named AJAY KUMAR AGGARWAL holds 10,06,353 shares. Porinju Veliyath holds 14,35,000 shares in his personal capacity and 9,75,000 shares in the name of EQUITY INTELLIGENCE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED, his PMS Fund.
Porinju’s total investment in Aurum Proptech is worth about Rs 28 crore at the CMP of Rs 124.
