IIFL has prepared a research report on strong companies with high dividend yield
IIFL expects healthy businesses with high margin of safety to do well post General election results. It points out that investment in value stocks is a useful way tide through the volatility surrounding election outcome and the economic recovery. The research report has a select list of stocks with attractive dividend yields, strong fundamentals and cheap valuations.
It will be also good to note the record dates. years before, I once bought a chunk, thinking of dividends but alas missed out on the dates
dear Kalyan,
before you buy a product from super mkt luk first at the expiry date:)
The other thing to watch out is the dates/rates of interim dividends
The rationale behind luking at top dividend paying cos without Luking at the earnings?!!
any assurance of maintenance of the same level if profit on the decline?
so the cardinal factor skipped?
