RS Software’s shareholders are really living the good life. As if Dolly Khanna and Sunil Singhania’s endorsements were not enough, now Vineeta Mahnot, the soft spoken and gentle mannered stock wizard with Hem Securities, has put her might in support of the stock
Vineeta Mahnot needs no introduction for us. She has regaled us with her multi-bagger stock picks like the 3-Bagger Vaibhav Global, Tata Elxsi, Va-Tech Vabag, AIA Engineering, IFGL Refractories, etc, etc.
Vineeta has now trained her eye on RS Software, the stock that is already the favourite of Dolly Khanna. In a short but succinct report, Vineeta has explained everything that is there to know about RS Software. Let’s get to the botton-line:

We believe the company is trading at an attractive valuation at 8.38x and 6.97x of FY15EPS of Rs.51.33 and FY16EPS of Rs.61.67. We initiate a ‘BUY’ on the stock with a target price of Rs.600 (appreciation of about 40%) with the medium to long term investment horizon.”
Now, the important point that you have to note is that Vineeta Mahnot knows that she is late to the party. The stock is already up 257% YOY. However, she has still recommended a buy. This clearly means that there is a lot of food left on the table for us to feast on.
Vineeta’s analysis corroborates with the advice given by Sunidhi Securities, FirstCall Research and HDFC Securities. All four ace researchers have foreseen a bright future for RS Software. Who knows, the way it is going, it may be quoting in four digits soon.
We don’t want to miss out on such hefty gains, do we?
My suggestion is that there is no point in waiting for a correction. Instead, its’ high time to start a SIP, if you haven’t already got one going.
