India is a ‘penny cap’ en route to becoming a ‘mega cap’
Porinju has pulled out all stops in trying to soothe the sentiments of nervous investors and to prevent them from dumping stocks.
“Demographically India is a Mega-Cap, Economically a Mid-Cap, by market capitalisation a small-Cap & we are a penny-Cap looking at per capita income. Can India become a Large-Cap in 10 yrs?” he asked in a rhetorical tone, implying that investors who stay invested during turmoil will take home incalculable riches as the Country progresses economically from the status of a penny stock to a blue-chip behemoth.

I guarantee that you are underestimating the long-term +ve impact of the ongoing reforms/actions by govt. on India, it's economy and equity investing! Bullish on #ChangingIndia

NAMO is the best available choice for knowledgeable voters
Porinju has described himself as a “patriot”. True to that title, he constantly worries about the problems plaguing the Country.
He has also stated that he is not a “BJP guy” though he opined that NAMO is the “best available choice for knowledgeable voters”.
However, Porinju made it clear that he is not impressed by the BJP’s bungling over several issues and their fanatical attitude on frivolous matters such as the Padmavati movie.
“BJP need to upgrade itself, generate more quality leaders and disown the few trouble-making fanatics at lower end,” he said in a frosty tone.
I am not a BJP guy, though @narendramodi has made it the best available choice for knowledgeable voters in the given political environment. BJP need to upgrade itself, generate more quality leaders and disown the few trouble-making fanatics at lower end. You have time till 2029! https://t.co/5FRrzGxXiV

Corruption, Crime & Congis will decline
Porinju has made it amply clear on a number of occasions that he does not have a high opinion about the Congress party or of Rahul Gandhi, its leader.
In fact, he equated the Congress with Crime and Corruption and assured that all three would decline over the course of time.
2017 – Corruption, Crime & Congis will decline, White will prevail over Black; Investors be ready for a series of positive triggers in 2017.
— Porinju Veliyath (@porinju) December 30, 2016
He also alleged that Rahul Gandhi is “intellectually challenged” and is unfit for high office and responsibility owing to his propensity to commit gaffes.
"to err is human; to forgive, divine”
Making too many mistakes, happens to many. Making only mistakes, considered intellectually challenged. It’s our responsibility to take special care of such people but not by showing them India’s PM post, which is a highly challenging job!— Porinju Veliyath (@porinju) December 2, 2017
Only “ignorants & anti-nationals” will vote for the other parties
Porinju mocked the idea that the BJP could lose the elections in Gujarat, NAMO’s stronghold.
“Has India got so many ignorants & anti-nationals to vote for another party?” he asked in a rhetorical tone, implying that the Country is full of sensible patriots who would vote for NAMO and bring the BJP back into power in Gujarat.
Most people say, if a particular political party lose elections, Rupee will weaken, markets will fall & the economy will collapse. I fail to understand the situation – has India got so many ignorants & anti-nationals to vote for another party?

It is frivolous to sell stocks over fears of Gujarat elections
Old timers will recall that in May 2015, investors had got their knickers in a twist and were dumping stocks over fears that Greece would default and it would lead to catastrophic consequences for the Global economy.
At that time, Porinju had lambasted investors for their short-sighted approach of over-reacting to frivolous issues that had no relevance to India’s stock market.
Thankfully, the interviewer had the presence of mind to immediately ask Porinju to name a few stocks that investors can buy during the crises.
Porinju named three stocks being Balaji Amines, DCM and Vadilal Industries.
We know now that the Greece crisis was indeed a magnificent buying opportunity.
All the three stocks recommended by Porinju on that day have become mega multibaggers with Balaji Amines having given an eye-popping return of 500% (See Mohnish Pabrai, Porinju Veliyath, Ashish Chugh & Shyam Sekhar Rake In 5-Bagger Gains From Small Cap Stock).
Porinju has equated the knee-jerk action of investors dumping stocks now with what they did during the Greece crisis.
Investors selling stocks on Gujarat elections are not different from those who sold everything on potential Greece default ?
— Porinju Veliyath (@porinju) December 14, 2017
Investors can completely ignore Gujarat Polls – it won't alter the course of National Politics, whatever the outcome is! Trust me, India is growing up, people will start appreciating patriotic leaders and recognise the corrupt & incompetent politicians. Bullish on #ChangingIndia

Porinju also revealed to the charming Sonia Shenoy the stocks that we should be buying to take advantage of the crash.
@porinju tells me Jubilant lifesciences is a company one should explore, All cargo has potential to become large company
Indian hotels has potential to grow significantly
prefer companies like Kaya limited and ufo moviez
like tata global beverages and tata coffee @CNBCTV18Live— Sonia Shenoy (@_soniashenoy) December 12, 2017
Rahul Gandhi has “stratospheric mental strength” and “amazing qualities of resolve and toughness”: Shankar Sharma
In sharp contrast to Porinju’s condemnation of Rahul Baba as being “intellectually challenged”, Shankar Sharma has heaped rich praise upon him and described him as having “stratospheric mental strength” and “amazing qualities of resolve and toughness”.
One thing has to be said unequivocally: Rahul Gandhi has shown stratospheric mental strength in coming back & staying in the game, aftr years of abuse & ridicule. Shows amazing qualities of resolve and toughness. Lesser people would have disintegrated @bainjal @mihirssharma
— Shankar Sharma (@1shankarsharma) December 9, 2017
However, some of Shankar’s followers were not impressed with the certificate of merit that he gave Rahul Gandhi.
What are you smoking these days?

Throwing good money after bad money is bad idea . He and his supporters are isuffering from what Charlie munger describes as INCONSISTENCY AVOIDANCE
— Rakesh Pujara (@RakeshPujara1) December 9, 2017
We must bear in mind that Shankar Sharma can never be objective in his political assessment. He has a pathological hatred for the BJP (and a corresponding love for the Congress) because he was put in jail for 74 days over alleged FERA offences.
“If the BJP had continued in power, I would have either been killed or died of a stroke” Shankar had then said.
“I am a Congress supporter and am friends with the likes of Kapil Sibal and Mani Shankar Aiyar. They stood by me in my difficult days,” Shankar candidly admitted.
Matters were made worse by the fact that Devina Mehra, Shankar’s charming wife, was also tormented by the BJP regime.
“I had to go underground in case they arrested me as well,” Devina said with a tremble in her voice.
So, while we have to sympathize with Shankar and Devina for the ordeal that they suffered during the BJP’s regime, we will have to take Shankar’s clean chit to Rahul Baba with a pinch of salt!
It’s clearly evident corrupt support Congress because measures like Demo and Gst don’t allow them to be corrupt.Congress 10 years rule was all about scams.Rahul is a forced politician by him mummy. Priyanka escaped these wishes of mummy and Rahul was not bold enough. Rahul needs to think for himself and not his mummy. There are hidden gem young leaders in Congress and they are just not given a chance.
Agree if Rahul wanted to be in politics he would have been the prime minister in the second UPA term. Why did he not take up the responsibility then.Either Sonia thought he was not capable or other congressmen thought he was not capable.
Rahul Ghandis grandfather Nehru let Pakistan be created. Mahatma Ghandi begged for congress to be demolished. Indira and Rajiv allowed Pakistan to take Kashmir and create the never ending siege of terrorists. When India was offered security council membership, Congress offered it to China instead. China has now become a severe enemy of India sabotaging our interests at all costs. Rahul Ghandi cannot be allowed to attack and destroy our country. Mahatma Ghandi begged us to stop congress and Modi is doing just that. We will all support him.
Dman1981, you are absolutely correct!
Can add that the same Nehru/Congress was responsible for abdicating India’s interest and handing over Tibet on a platter to China which is now claiming even Arunachal Pradesh as “Southern Tibet”. Indira G also released the 90,000 Paki Pow’s captured by the valiant Indian Army for free instead of forcing a solution of the Pak and POK issue once and for all.
India is progressing only because of the very strong entrepreneurship of our Industrialists and business people like Tata sons, Birla group Ambani family Goderej, Mahindra, the list extends to Kochausep of V guard, their high quality entrepreneurship made India of these days. Opportunist politicians has no role in it. They make a law either to save some one whom they are interested or to perish some one who is not in their coterie. I have been seeing this for the past many years. This is my humble belief
Porinju, take my bow for your fierce patriotism and for your wonderful accumen of selecting stocks that turn out to be multibaggers.
“stratospheric mental ” that is what raga is
stratospheric mental ” that is what amit shah is
(just repeating the above lines will you publish this moderator ?
Its noy about raga or anyone. If some person thinks voting againat some party is antinational then why voting should happen ay all?
